Born in Dallas, Texas, Cindy attended Duke University and received her bachelor of arts degree in public policy and economics with cum laude honors in 1993. Cindy is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
Cindy was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1996 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
She is active in the Technology and Computer Law and Civil Litigation Sections of the Austin Bar Association.
Cindy's practice includes a variety of commercial litigation and business torts with an emphasis in technology litigation. Her other areas of practice include professional malpractice defense and professional licensing and regulation.
Cindy balances the demands of trial work with her passion for running. Cindy competes in several marathons a year and cites the Boston Marathon as her favorite. Chasing after her two very active toddlers also helps to supplement her training.
