Dan Bitting will moderate a panel of corporate trustees discussing “Drafting Wills and Trusts for Efficient Administration” at the Estate Planning, Guardianship and Elder Law Conference. Dan will offer the perspective of one who litigates disputes over trusts and wills.  The conference takes place on August 3-4, 2017 in Galveston, Texas.
