V-card

Aaron represents clients ranging from large, multinational pharmaceutical and energy companies to regional and national law firms to single individuals.  He recently worked to obtain favorable resolution for his multinational client involved in the Texas opioid multidistrict litigation, and is currently representing multiple clients in the Texas multidistrict litigation arising out of Winter Storm Uri.

Beyond complex commercial litigation, Aaron’s practice focuses on the defense of lawyers and law firms accused of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and other wrongdoing.  He’s also successfully defended clients against multi-million-dollar breach of contract and negligence claims.

Aaron began his career as a judicial clerk for Judge Royce Lamberth at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and joined Scott, Douglass & McConnico in 2016. Aaron’s breadth of experience and attention to detail make him uniquely suited to see that his clients’ needs are met and their best interests pursued.
