Asher Griffin to Serve on the Texas Minority Counsel Program Steering Committee

SD&M attorney Asher Griffin recently joined the Texas Minority Counsel Program’s steering committee. Asher was selected from hundreds of applicants to join the 29-member committee. TMCP strives to increase opportunities for minority and women lawyers and to encourage corporations and government agencies to hire them. Its next annual conference will be September 7-9, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency in Austin.

Asher represents defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of complex litigation matters. Asher's docket regularly includes all types of business disputes including breach of contract, non-competition, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, usurpation of corporate opportunity and trade secrets cases. Asher also represents individuals and entities in labor and employment cases involving alleged violations of various federal and state employment laws.
