Anthony is a commercial trial lawyer with a particular focus on energy litigation.  He represents oil and gas operators, working interest owners, and service companies in complex disputes across Texas.  As a former law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and at the Supreme Court of Texas, Anthony is comfortable handling trials or appeals and enjoys helping clients navigate litigation to maximize their chance of success at every stage.

Anthony is also heavily involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, both inside and outside the firm.  He serves as the Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and also takes an active role at the city, state, and national levels on organizations focused on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.

In addition, Anthony is Co-chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
