Diana focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. Diana joined Scott Douglass & McConnico after clerking for the Honorable David J. Novak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Diana received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, Diana served as an Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review, advocated for domestic violence survivors as a student attorney, and earned the Dean’s Achievement Award in three courses.
Prior to attending law school, Diana served in the United States Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer. In that role, she served on a combat tour to Afghanistan, where she established a field hospital to provide emergency and routine care for deployed soldiers.
