SDM attorneys Ray Langenberg and Curtis Osterloh will speak at the University of Texas School of Law Margin Tax Conference on September 25, 2015 in Austin, Texas.  Ray will be the presiding officer of the conference and speak on “Taxes Under the Commerce Clause, the Equal Protection Clause, and the Due Process Clause.”  Curtis will moderate an “Ask the Auditors” discussion with a panel of auditors from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.  More information on the Conference can be found here.
