SDM's Ryan Squires spoke at the recent Basic Course in Texas Construction Law sponsored by the Construction Law Foundation of Texas and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. His presentation “introduced perils encountered by practitioners, key strategies and day-to-day law practice management tips that will help avoid malpractice claims and grievances,” and provided participants with one hour of continuing legal education ethics credit.
