Steve McConnico and Ryan Squires won a total defense verdict in a legal malpractice jury trial. The plaintiff, represented by attorneys Broadus Spivey and Price Ainsworth, had sued SD&M’s client for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty. The Travis County jury found for the defendant on all claims and awarded the plaintiff nothing. Both Steve and Ryan practice extensively in the area of legal malpractice defense.
