The Fall 2015 edition of The Advocate, a quarterly State Bar of Texas Litigation Section publication, features an article by SDM’s Jane Webre. The edition as a whole includes a symposium on Texas state court motion practice, and Jane Webre’s article addresses whether an interlocutory appeal or mandamus relief may be available from a trial court’s ruling on the various motions discussed by the other contributing authors in the symposium.
