Cheryl represents individuals and corporate clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. She has represented clients in all types of business disputes, including breach of contract, non-competition, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, usurpation of corporate opportunity, and trade secret cases. Cheryl has also defended enforcement actions, across a range of substantive areas, brought by the Attorney General of Texas.

Born and raised in Austin, Cheryl graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin (Plan II Honors and Business Honors). She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Cheryl was a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick Higginbotham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and practiced with Williams & Connolly LLP.
