Steve McConnico, Ryan Squires and Jane Webre prevailed in the appeal of their trial court victory in a legal malpractice suit. The plaintiff sued several attorneys for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with an underlying personal injury claim. In 2008, McConnico and Squires won summary judgment for their client in the trial court and plaintiff appealed. Webre joined the team in handling the appeal. On December 14, 2010, the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston affirmed the judgment in favor of the firm’s clients.
