Morgan Menchaca is a skilled litigator known for her thoughtful advocacy and analytical, pragmatic approach to complex disputes. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration tribunals across the country. Drawing on a background in high-stakes commercial litigation, business torts, and professional malpractice, she represents clients with a commitment to achieving practical, strategic results. A graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College, Morgan brings both intellectual rigor and a client-focused perspective to her practice, earning recognition from peers for her emerging leadership in the legal profession.

Morgan began her legal career in private practice at Baker Botts, then served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht of the Texas Supreme Court. Prior to joining Scott Douglass & McConnico, she was a partner at Reid Collins & Tsai, where she practiced plaintiff-side complex commercial litigation and frequently represented bankruptcy trustees and receivers.
