Robby is a trial lawyer with a focus on intellectual property litigation and complex commercial disputes. Drawing on his background as a Nashville songwriter and recording artist, Robby brings a narrative instinct to his practice — making complex issues concrete and accessible for judges and juries. Robby handles cases from filing to final verdict and specializes in trial strategy and courtroom presentation.
Robby joined Scott Douglass & McConnico after clerking for Judge Alan D. Albright of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
