SDM welcomes Robby Earle to the firm as an Associate. Robby's practice focuses in Intellectual Property Litigation. He joins the firm after clerking with Judge Alan Albright of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Texas—the nation’s busiest patent docket. During the Summer of 2020, Robby served as a Law Clerk for Disability Rights Texas, where he advocated for Texans with disabilities through litigation and administrative work.
