Cathy Webking will speak on a panel at the Energy Bar Association Texas Symposium. This year's symposium will explore all aspects of the lessons learned from the February 2021 major storm Uri.

The panel will discuss Managing the Aftershocks of ERCOT's Invoice: The Elusive Search for an Equitable Solution. In addition to its toll on human life and property, the storm left financial aftershocks owing to the invoices issued by ERCOT. What have been the consequences, and will there ultimately emerge a clear financial path for market participants and for the market itself?
