David Shank will present on a panel titled “Pushing the Boundaries on Issues Related to Technology Companies & Trade Secrets” at the Austin Bar Association’s 2018 Bench Bar Conference. David will present along with Judge Robert Pitman, of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and Jonathan Kaplan, Chief Legal Officer for RetailMeNot, Inc. The panel will be moderated by Stefanie Scott Shah, of Scott Shah Law.
