It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our colleague and friend, Flip Whitworth, who passed away on November 10, 2022 after a long illness. He was surrounded by his family when he passed.

Flip was full of exuberance for his family, his friends, the firm, its clients, and the practice of law.

He was a great person who was a joy to be around, and a beloved part of the bedrock of this firm.
