SDM’s Kennon Wooten will be a speaker at a three-day, in-house CLE program for Harris County civil district-court judges on August 2 in San Antonio.  Kennon will address dismissal procedures under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 91a, including how Texas courts have handled cases involving Rule 91a challenges and the extent to which federal dismissal standards have crept into Texas jurisprudence as a result of the enactment of Rule 91a.
